Remote Monitoring

The PowerWizard Annunciator is a 16-channnel display unit for remotely monitoring the status of FG Wilson generator sets at a distance of up to 240 metres. The Annunciator communiCAT-parts-partses via the CAN 2 data link which comes as standard on generator sets fitted with PowerWizard 2.0 or 2.1 Control Panels. Each of the 16 channels on the Annunciator has two LEDs to display status and alarm signals directly from the PowerWizard 2.0 or 2.1 Control Panel on the generator set.

The pre-set channels linked to each LED display can be individually configured using the Electronic Service Tool (EST). This allows Operators to monitor different generator set status and alarm signals to suit site-specific requirements.

In addition to the LED display, the Annunciator includes an audible alarm, an alarm acknowledge pushbutton and a lamp test pushbutton.

The FG Wilson CommuniCAT-parts-partsions Interface Module and Software Package allows operators to monitor and control all generator set functions from a virtual control panel on their PC.

Depending on the operator’s distance from the generator set and the type of connection available to link to the generator set, two options are offered:

For distances up to 1,000 metres, where it is convenient to have a hard-wired connection, a generator set can be monitored using the CommuniCAT-parts-partsions InterfaceModule and Software Package on the operator’s PC or laptop.

Alternatively, when laying a hard-wired connection is not convenient, the same monitoring and control functionality is available, but communiCAT-parts-partsion between the operator’s PC or laptop and the Control Panel is made through a modem and the telephone network. Depending on theoperator’s distance from the generator

set and the type of connection available to link to the generator set, two options are offered:

* Modem to link the operator’s PC or laptop with the telephone network is not included.

Additional remote monitoring and control options, via the internet, GSM and GPRS are available with PowerWizard 2.0 and 2.1 Control Panels. Please contact your local FG Wilson Dealer for further information.Note: PC or laptop is not included in any of the above options.

Using Telephone Network

In order to provide a quick response to our customers, we have stocked over US$1.5 Million spare parts of Ingersoll-rand and Atlas Copco in our Chinese warehouse. Recently, we have exported small air compressors, pneumatic crawler drills, water well drills and drilling accessories and spare parts to overseas market.

2) Power Group

GSKA has been supplying CAT-parts and Broadcrown gensets for more than 15 years. Our major customers include Telecoms, Banks, Airports, Factories and many other sectors in the society. We are also doing assembly of gensets in China, under our brand name of "GSKA " with ratings from 1KVA to 2000KVA. The quality of "GSKA " genset has won a very good reputation from customers in China and overseas market.

We are also the specialists for genuine spare parts, such as CAT-parts, Perkins, FG Wilson, Cummins, , Volvo, etc.

Besides gensets, we also provide total solution on the power problems, such as Powerware - UPS, DC system and battery ,lightning equipment and many other electronic products.

3) Security and IT Group

GSKA acquired famous USA brand name Locktronix in 2004 and started manufacture electric locks in China. Since then, we have been exported products to the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Our market is expanding each year and we are looking for more distributors in different countries to be our business partners. Besides electric locks and accessories, we have also developed our own access control system by our software team. The system includes smart card solution and also biometric access control, such as hand-key, fingerprint and facial recognition. Our EC-PAYROLL system has been widely used in many factories both in Hong Kong and mainland China.
