Maintenance method:

After the new generator or mothballed generator is run in (for the first 50 hours), the following maintenance work shall be carried out:

Clean or replace the air filter

Replacement of engine oil

Replace or clean the filter element of the lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil filter

Re-tighten all parts of the bolts and nuts

The new generator should try to avoid sudden increase of load or high-speed operation, as far as possible to use the lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil recommended by the manufacturer, different grades of lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil do not mix, lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil contains a variety of additives, different grades of lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil mixed will reduce the lubriCAT-parts-partsion performance, leading to abnormal wear of moving parts.

When oil is injected into the fuel tank, the oil injection port should have a filter, and it is better to put a press cloth; The fuel should be placed in the tank for more than 24 hours to precipitate the water and impurities before use; The discharge plug of the daily fuel tank should be opened frequently at ordinary times to discharge the water and sediment at the bottom.

Regular maintenance and planned maintenance are the key to extend the service life of the engine. The maintenance cycle and maintenance items should be adjusted appropriately according to the usage, service condition and the properties of fuel oil and lubriCAT-parts-partsing oil. If necessary, maintenance should be carried out in advance, and professional technicians should complete the regular overhaul and maintenance as far as possible.

GSKA acquired famous USA brand name Locktronix in 2004 and started manufacture electric locks in China. Since then, we have been exported products to the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Our market is expanding each year and we are looking for more distributors in different countries to be our business partners. Besides electric locks and accessories, we have also developed our own access control system by our software team. The system includes smart card solution and also biometric access control, such as hand-key, fingerprint and facial recognition. Our EC-PAYROLL system has been widely used in many factories both in Hong Kong and mainland China.
